Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful Cadillac, Michigan.

Can I pick up a dollhouse locally?

You sure can. If you'd like to pick up a dollhouse
from us in person, we'll be happy to arrange a meeting
and we'll even knock a few hundred dollars off the price
because we won't need to ship it to you.

Do you accept custom orders or wholesale?

We're happy to make something for you as a custom
one of a kind item. If you can dream it up, we can try
to make it for you. Wholesale is also welcome. We can
make multiple items if we can find the right material
for the job.

Could you give me information about your shipping policy?

Our dollhouses are shipped through UPS Ground
shipping and are packaged by the friendly staff
at the UPS Store here in Cadillac. Shipping
costs and insurance are included in the price.

All furniture inside furnished dollhouses is
pre-packaged by Northern Miniatures and is
placed inside each house before it is shipped.

Smaller items such as individual miniatures
and kits are shipped via USPS First Class Mail
unless otherwise stated.
